  • Cold-pressed juicing uses a hydraulic press method to extract the maximum amount of liquid from our freshly picked fruits and vegetables. Unlike other methods of juicing, no heat or oxygen is used in the cold-pressed method resulting in a nutrient-dense juice, retaining all its goodness for maximum benefit.

  • When your body is telling you to. Everyone is different, so there is no set time. How often you cleanse is entirely up to you, however often a good time to reset is after a holiday or a period of indulgence to aid with kickstarting healthy eating patterns again.

  • Please don’t be daunted. Cleansing is simply a way of giving your digestive system a rest and clearing out any toxins that your body is storing. You can read more about cleansing here.

    When you cleanse with us you will be fully supported, as much or as little as you would like, before during and after your cleanse. We want you to get the most out of the experience and become your greatest version, so we are on hand should you need us or have any queries at all.

  • The short answer is, you may. This will depend on how toxic your body is and how well you have prepared for your cleanse. We recommend you start to prepare 72 hours beforehand to minimise the side effects which can be

    mild headaches (particularly if you drink a lot of caffeine or alcohol), perspiration, bloatedness or flatulence, diarrhea; you may also feel tired or irritable.

    These side effects are normal and will usually only last one or two days, it is a sign that your body is getting rid of its toxicity but our juices will be flooding your system with healthy bacteria and enzymes which will have you feeling more energised and clearer in no time. We are here to support you through your complete juice journey with us, so if you are unsure about any of your side effects then please reach out.

  • Of course, we welcome customers who would like to try our juices before embarking on a cleanse. Please contact Garry to arrange a time to pop into our Plant Based Space in Lee Green, Lewisham.

  • Again, each person is different. With our juice cleanse packages you receive 3.5 litres of juice, mylk and booster shots and snacks (if on raw cleanse package) each day, so you will be filled with all the nutrients and goodness you need to carry on your normal routine. However it is normal on the first day to sometimes feel lethargic or experience mild headaches, we recommend just listening to your body, and if it’s telling you to rest then rest.

  • We do not recommend cleansing whilst pregnant or breastfeeding however adding juices to your existing diet is a great way to increase your nutrient levels.

  • Cleanses are not suitable for children while they are still growing, however adding juices into their diet is a great way to ensure that they are receiving healthy, nutritious goodness that will benefit them both now and in the future.

    A lot of our juices have a high ginger content which most children will find too potent, however we are happy to tailor packages to suit and of course we have our delicious Melon Melody juice, our nut mylks and snacks that they will love!

  • All of our juices and snacks are prepared in a kitchen that handles celery and nuts. Please refer to each juice for specific allergen ingredients.

    All of our products are gluten-free.

  • When you understand the amount of produce that is packed into a bottle of cold-pressed juice compared to other juices and the time and care that goes into making each bottle then it doesn’t seem so expensive. Using glass bottles does add to the cost however, we passionately believe that little bit extra is worth it, both for our environment and for our juice to retain its best flavour!

  • We took the decision from the beginning of our journey to supply our juices in glass bottles over plastic. Not only is it better for our planet, which is a big plus for us, but glass is non-porous and therefore has no risk of chemicals leaching our nutritious juices, meaning they retain maximum flavour.

    Much like the traditional milk delivery round, we collect and reuse our glass bottles from those customers who we hand deliver to, leaving you to recycle only the tag and metal lid. Please rinse your bottles and leave them in a safe place prior to your next delivery.

    Unfortunately, it is not cost-effective for us to collect courier-delivered bottles currently but are looking into ways in which we can offer this service in the future - please take to your local glass recycling depot or tag us in on your innovative ways of upcycling our bottles!

  • We personally deliver our juices and snacks in and around London and the home counties, for all other areas within UK we use a courier service - please contact us before placing your order if you have any further questions regarding delivery.

    Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to Scotland or Ireland but are hoping to in the future.

  • We freshly press your juices daily and deliver in-house within the London and Home Counties areas between Midnight and 6am - meaning your juices are ready and waiting for you when you wake, in time for breakfast or for taking to work. Courier deliveries are delivered Tuesday-Saturday after 10.30am.

    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times however, if something beyond our control delays your delivery we will contact you to let you know. We apologise that we are unable to refund juices for courier delays that are beyond our control.

  • Our juices are sent in temperature controlled packaging however it is essential, to maintain freshness, that they are refrigerated as soon as possible, so we would recommend someone be at home to receive delivery. If you are not at home and for overnight deliveries, we will leave in the safe place that you have given us or doorstep if no safe place has been specified. Please note: we will not be liable for any juice that is not refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

  • We pride ourselves on carefully packing your juices in recycled materials with plenty of padding between each bottle to ensure that they arrive in the same condition as they left us. We also carefully select our Nationwide couriers however we recognise that mistakes happen, please ensure that you check your delivery straight away and, in the unlikely event that there is a problem, ask that you inform us by phone or email within 3 hours of receipt so that we can try and rectify this for you quickly. After this time we reserve the right not to refund or replace your item/s.

  • We freshly press your juices daily and guarantee they will stay fresh for 72 hours from delivery if kept in a cold fridge. Once opened it is best to finish your bottle within 24 hours, but why wait that long!

  • No. Our juices are not suitable for freezing, freezing compromises the quality of the juice and the glass bottles will shatter.

  • It is completely natural for our cold-pressed juice to separate once left to settle. Don’t worry this is normal, it means that no nasty additives or stabilisers have been added. Simply shake to wake, and enjoy!

  • This is mother nature. We source only the best organic fruit and vegetables but these can vary each week. Every batch of our juice is carefully calculated, made fresh to order, and taste tested before being delivered to you.
