By placing an order with Alkalize Me Ltd or creating an account with us, you agree to be the age of majority in your area of residence and that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions as set out below.

General information
You agree that you will not reproduce or copy, sell or resell any of our products, without our written consent.  This includes marketing or photographic material of our products.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

The material on our website (www.alkalizeme.co.uk) is provided for general information only and photographs of our products are for illustrative purposes only, these may vary slightly in size or colour.

Our juices/snacks
Whilst we provide general advice on juicing and cleanses, we are not medical doctors and do not offer medical advice. We therefore strongly recommend for individuals with known health issues, medical concerns, or who are pregnant, breastfeeding, minor or elderly seek healthcare/medical professional guidance before making any changes in their diet.  Alkalize Me juices are not designed to treat, cure, or prevent and diseases or illnesses.  We do not make any health claims about our juices. 

When purchasing a juice cleanse from Alkalize Me Ltd, to have the best experience we recommend preparing for your cleanse at least 72 hours prior to commencing the juices.  We offer 1:1 throughout the cleanse and will email you a pre-cleanse advice sheet on finalising your order and a post-cleanse email on completion.  Please ensure we have your correct email address. If you would prefer this information in paper format, then please let contact us to let us know. 

We will not be liable for any illness or sickness occurring while using our juice cleanse or juices, however as stated above will be available to support you throughout your experience so please contact us should you experience any side effects that you are unsure of.

Allergen information
All our juices and snacks are prepared in a kitchen that handles celery and nuts.  By ordering from Alkalize Me Ltd, you agree that we cannot be held responsible for any reaction you may have from any of our products. 

Delivery/Refunds
We personally deliver in and around London and home counties.  Outside of these areas we use National couriers.  We currently are unable to deliver to Scotland or Ireland.

You will be asked at checkout to select your preferred date and a delivery time window that you are available to accept delivery. Orders for a cleanse programme must be placed 72 hours before the delivery date.

We will contact you in advance to confirm an approximate time within the window that you have specified. Please note: COURIER DELIVERIES ARE SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE IN THE MORNING FROM 10AM AND ONLY DELIVERED TUESDAY - SATURDAY*

All late-evening deliveries will be left in an agreed safe place.

We offer free delivery for orders over £75.

We freshly press your juices daily and aim to deliver within the time window specified when ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times however, if something beyond our control delays your delivery, we will contact you to let you know.  We will not be liable to refund juices for courier delays that are beyond our control.

All our juices are sent to you in temperature-controlled packaging however it is essential, to maintain freshness, that they are refrigerated as soon as possible. If you are not at home, we will leave in the safe place that you have given us.  We will not be liable for any juice that is not refrigerated immediately upon delivery, or juices that are damaged or go missing if left in a safe place.

Please ensure that you check your delivery straight away and, in the unlikely event that there is a problem, ask that you inform us by phone or email within 3 hours of receipt so that we can try and rectify this for you quickly.  After this time we reserve the right not to refund or replace your item/s.

Due to the perishable nature of our juices, there is no right to cancel and request a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, however if you change your mind for any reason, we will do our best to accommodate this if notified 48 hours prior to delivery.  Please email garry@alkalizeme.co.uk for order cancellation.

We must be notified of any changes to delivery address within our order deadlines. We are not obligated to accommodate late changes to your delivery address but will do our very best.

Bottles
We care about juices and want them to be delivered to you tasting the very best that they can be.  This is why we are 100% committed to using glass bottles over high-pressure processing (HPP) in plastic bottles.  We reuse our glass bottles, and in doing so we are helping to reduce as much plastic as possible in our environment.  For all in-house deliveries we will collect your glass bottles when we deliver your next juice delivery, or when we are next in the area – please rinse them and leave them, without lids, in a safe place for us.  The metal lids you can pop in with your household metal recycling.  Currently we are unable to accept bottle returns on our courier deliveries but encourage you to reuse and recycle them.

Information we collect
When you place an order, you must provide Alkalize Me Ltd with certain information, which you authorise to provide at payment, we may also collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us.  Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
