Juice Medicine!

The package that Garry had carefully put together is well balanced and I wasn’t surprised that I never once felt hungry, apart from on the last day when I forgot to bring a juice with me out!

I did experience a rollercoaster of emotions prior to and during the cleanse as I was on a ‘cleaner diet’ for 3 days beforehand, something Garry highly recommended as part of the Pre-cleanse in one of his many encouraging emails that I received. Although it was emotionally challenging as I used to be an emotional eater I felt more clear, lighter and as if my energy levels were more balanced.

Ten days post cleanse and I feel more determined, less drawn to unhealthy sweet treats and more able to listen to what my body truly is asking for.

At the outset I must admit that I was somewhat sceptical regarding doing a cleanse however having listened to Garry and recognising his enthusiam for creating only the best results I decided to take the plunge and order a three day cleanse pack.

I feared that I would experience fatigue and hunger on day three but to the contrary, my enery levels increased. I felt really healthy, I finally hit my target weight and I was not hungry at all, in fact on day two I was struggling to finish the servings. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Alkalize Me products were everything that Garry made them out to be and more. As far as product quality is concerned Garry has something really big here.

I wish him the very best with it and happy to highly recommend a three day cleanse. Don’t take my word for it, try it and see for yourself.

Incredible experience!

I'm so pleased I was able to find you. I have a really bad sweet tooth, and I was amazed that I was able to stick to this. I think the pre cleanse that you strongly advised was really vital for how I then found the cleanse surprisingly easy. It was challenging at some points, but not as difficult as I had thought. Your knowledge and explanations of how to do the cleanse really meant I trusted your process which was key to sticking to it. Your emails each day were also really useful.

My only struggles really came from my own unpredictable work, which meant I was having to travel unexpectedly and meant that I didn't stay on top of having the drinks in the morning so I was leaving them more towards the end of the day, sometimes feeling a bit hungry and sometimes struggling to finish them. However I followed your advise and left the g-quench out, and now means I have some lovely juices left over which is great. My favourite one had to be the nut milk!! Really liked that, I'll definitely be missing that one! I also don't usually like coconut water from the shop, but the coconut water you had was so delicious. You can tell that they're packed with goodness and that they're great quality. It's also opened my eyes to eating more plant-based options.

This week has been great

I'm waking up today reflecting on the week - my first thought is that for the first time in a long time I feel like I've done something for myself and have taken some semblance of control both for and of myself. My next realisation is that there's no nut milk for breakfast...sob!!

This week has been great. Following your pre cleanse advice has meant I have only ever felt good - no headaches and no hunger pangs. It's taught me that I'm not reliant on the foods I thought I was at all. It's also highlighted some bad habits - particularly around the preparation of food for my daughter.

I will be singing your praises to anyone I think would be interested in doing this for themselves. You have been so supportive and while I didn't need to lean on you in that way this week, I never doubted that you'd have been a nurturing voice at the end of the phone should I have had a wobble.

You've got a very special business here, Garry - it's plain to see you love and live it and that enthusiasm really is infectious. Thank you so much for taking me along for the ride!

The most nourishing interruptive health cleanses

Thanks for your email Gary and the pertinent information and advice all greatly received. The experience has been incredible one of the most nourishing interruptive health cleanses experiences of my life.

Your juice mastery and supply of the volume that you give is amazing and at no point was I hungry. This was amazing I literally crashed in like a steam train loaded with wheat, sugar, alcohol etc etc

See and feel amazing results

In the last 6 months I'd been through a great deal of emotional and physical trauma so this cleanse was very much needed. As Garry says, the preparation is key so cutting out caffeine, alcohol and processed foods beforehand will give you an even better cleanse when you decide to take the leap. Garry supports and encourages you throughout like a personal guru.

The juices are awesome and there's a lot so whilst you may miss the act of chewing and eating food, you won't necessarily feel lacking or empty. There's a lot to drink in a day and it's great for flooding your body with nutrients and flushing out your system. I did have a day of feeling nauseous with a dull headache but you can be sure this is your body getting rid of those nasty toxins. At the end of the three days I had the most amazing meditation Gong bath (look it up, it's awesome) and felt like I'd released so much negative energy and felt lighter and free and dare I say reborn! My skin and eyes looked really vibrant and I felt really fresh and well and even woke up as early as 4am some mornings feeling completely awake and ready for anything.

It really makes you evaluate what you then go on to feed your body. I love the odd glass of wine or cake but mostly I love to eat healthy, plant-based foods and this process has made me realise just how important my health and body is. Of course the mind and body are connected so if you look after one, it looks after the other.

Whatever reason you embark on this cleanse, commit to it and you WILL see and feel amazing results.

Juice Feasting!

Before starting a new three-day cleanse thanks to the lovely (and very flexible - I had to cancel one cleanse and re-organise the delivery of this one a few times and Garry was very patient!) Alkalize Me. I would say 'wish me luck' thanks to Garry’s helpful advice and encouragement, I don't think I need any. I’m feeling excited and enthusiastic about treating my body to all this natural goodness.

After 3 days of juice 'feasting' (ifs, not a 'did) with Alkalize Me and I feel full of energy, re-nourished and re-set in my eating habits.
