Juice Feasting!
Before starting a new three-day cleanse thanks to the lovely (and very flexible - I had to cancel one cleanse and re-organise the delivery of this one a few times and Garry was very patient!) Alkalize Me. I would say 'wish me luck' thanks to Garry’s helpful advice and encouragement, I don't think I need any. I’m feeling excited and enthusiastic about treating my body to all this natural goodness.
After 3 days of juice 'feasting' (ifs, not a 'did) with Alkalize Me and I feel full of energy, re-nourished and re-set in my eating habits.
