Overall, a firm, resounding, YES. I really felt transformed by the end and it shifted a lot of stagnate stuff, emotionally and physically. I have raved about it to anyone who will listen.

The telegram group was a life saver, having someone to bounce feelings and thoughts off of during the dark first few days. It was well run, timely, structured but also free flowing. Timings and quantity felt just right, not too many but spaced enough to let us experience and then reconnect to share. Definitely, 100 percent, felt well supported by G+S. Steph is just amazing, she is such a credit to Garry as she's a nice, calming compliment to his strong energy. It most definitely enhanced the experience!

Something I'd come back to again and again. I think a 21 Super Game Changer is needed for those of us looking to level up!
